What is the turn-around time?
You can expect your video to be done in no more than two weeks, and usually less than a week.
What type of video format will you send me?
We'll upload it to YouTube at HD quality, and send you the link. It will be available to immediately embed into your site and to send to your customers and prospects. Or, for an extra fee of $30, we'll mail it to you on a USB Flash Drive.
What is the easiest way to post my web video on the internet?
We recommend using YouTube. You can then embed your web video on any website or blog you chose by using their embed function. This will also offer the dual purpose of allowing your video to potentially be seen by a huge audience.
On your website you have small videos & standard-definition video samples, how can I see the full quality of your work?
We give our web audience videos that will play on slow & fast speeds - we simply don't assume that everyone can see the highest quality version of what we do.
If your internet speed is fast enough, then once you click the play button, click the "HD button" & the "full-screen" option to see our work at the best possible quality.
The clarity and scope of our High-Definition video will blow you away.
Who will be the spokeperson in my web video?
We have several top-notch professional spokespeople, and we'll choose the one we think will be best for your project. Sometimes it will be television spokesman Tim Pipher.
What if I want changes?
We have a 100% satisfaction track record. All of the web video jobs we have done have been enthusiastically approved by our customers. Since you supply the script and have seen our format, your video will be exactly as you envision.
We want to deliver you a web video beyond your expectations. The best way to do this is to be concise in your notes. Write your script exactly how you want it to be read - include any phonetic spellings if they might be neccesary.
Supply us with a high-quality logo & any clear photos that you want to be used.
Look at our web video samples, what you see there is very accurately what you will get your own version of. We do stand behind our work, so if there is a problem, we will do our best, within reason, to fix it.
Can you make longer or shorter videos?
We can make web videos that are shorter than one-minute, but the price will still be $349. On our order form, we also offer a two-minute video for $549, and a three-minute video package for $749.
We can also make longer videos, and will fairly and accordingly adjust the price upward. Please use the contact form below to ask about customizing a web video beyond these two video packages.
Can I send you my own background music to use?
If you don't want us to use an appropriate audio track that we would choose from our own professional library, send us an MP3 file (that you have the rights to use), and we will use that instead.
How many of my pictures can be used?
In the background, we will feature anywhere from 3 - 6 photos that you supply.
